Shipping Policy

Sahi London ships hand-embroidered apparel, jewelry, and leather accessories from our Canadian warehouse. This page explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, and what to expect at each stage.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on Canadian domestic orders of $100 CAD or more. Orders below that amount ship for a flat rate. Rates for the US and international orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be picked, packed, and handed to the courier. Each item in our collection is hand-embroidered, and some pieces are finished to order, which can occasionally extend processing time during high-volume periods — we'll always let you know by email if that's the case.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times below begin once an order has shipped, and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed, as they depend on courier networks, customs processing, and local conditions beyond our control.

Shipping From Canada

All Sahi London orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Domestic Canadian orders typically move the fastest, while international orders may take longer depending on customs clearance in the destination country.
