How long will it take for my order to come?
If you are based in Singapore, you should receive your order within 1-3 days. Most international orders are shipping via DHL Express and will arrive within 2-5 days. Please check our shipping page for more information on shipping rates and times.

How do I track my order?
Usually, we process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days to ensure you will receive your order ASAP. Once your order is dispatched, all tracking information will be emailed to you!

How do I know what size to choose?
The Señorita Boutique’s sizes are more often than not true to size, however there are occasional variations depending on the supplier. If you are in the middle of two sizes, we recommend sizing up depending on the item. Sizing charts are included in the item’s description! Our customer service team can always help you out with any queries regarding sizing so please don’t hesitate to email us at hello@thesenoritaboutique.com!

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Sorry! Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel your order. This includes your delivery options, delivery address, or payment methods as we have already started processing and packing your order! Make sure all the details are correct when you checkout!

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal are all available at checkout.

No worries! On your account menu, click ‘forgot password’ and follow the instructions to reset.

How do I return?
We accept returns for any item as long as your item is in original condition (read return criteria below).
Do make sure to contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your item if you do decide to return your item! Your return must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery.
You will have to cover the postage cost to return your items to us. To prevent lost parcels, a tracked delivery method is recommended. We are not responsible for any lost parcels or damaged items returned to us.
If in any case, The Señorita Boutique is at fault (e.g. manufacturing fault) we will happily cover the costs!
Once we receive your items, we will convert it to a Store Credit that you can use to make purchases from our store. Store Credits never expire!
- Items will ONLY be accepted if returned in original condition (tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained)
- Items have to be in their original packaging
- We do not accept returns for items on sale or items that were purchased during a promotion.
- Due to hygienic reasons, all pieces of clothing must be tried on over underwear.
Items which do not satisfy the above criteria for return will not be accepted and we will notify you via email.
Once we have received your return parcel, we will be more than happy to issue you a Store Credit.

How do I exchange?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. You can return the items to us for a store credit which you can use to place a new order.
You will have to cover the postage cost to return your items to us. -
What if an item is out of stock?
Don’t worry! We usually stock pieces from our news collection in a few weeks. We encourage you to sign up for our restock notification (which can be found under a product’s description) so that you don’t miss it when it restocks!

What if I received a faulty/incorrect item?
If you have received an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing fault, please email us as soon as possible as hello@thesenoritaboutique.com and attach 3-5 clear photos of the fault. If the manufacturing fault is confirmed by us, we will organise a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Yes! We ship worldwide so anyone and everyone across the globe can rock The Señorita Boutique!

When will my order be shipped?
Orders that are placed before 12pm SGT Monday - Friday will be shipped on the same day! Orders that are placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day. Orders that are placed on weekends or on Public Holidays are shipped the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, an email with your tracking number will be sent to you.

Are you still shipping to my country?
The Señorita Boutique is still running business as usual however due to the current climate, there is a possibility that delays and cancellations occur. We will try our best to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible!

*All timeframes are estimates and are subjected to flight availability and custom clearances.* The estimated delivery time is from when we ship the order and not from when the order is placed. The delivery cost is a flat rate per order.

How do I track my order?
We ship all international orders via DHL, and all deliveries are fully trackable. An email with a tracking number attached will be sent to you on dispatch. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the DHL website.

Will I be charged duties or taxes?
You may or may not be charged customs or taxes, this depends on the value of your purchase. In most countries, it is unlikely that you will have to pay these fees.
In the event that your parcel does attract import duties and charges once it reaches your country, you will have to cover these charges. The Señorita Boutique does not take responsibility for any of these fees nor do we collect or handle any tax charges.
The rules regarding this vary for different countries so we recommend contacting DHL express or your local customs office to be aware of unexpected, additional delivery charges.
If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject your delivery, you will not be issued a refund and you may still be held responsible for the initial fees.
